The Voyager 210 supports uPnp, so should work happily with a games console.
All you need to know is that the DMZ is where all data not bound for your computer gets sent to. So anything relating to your console game will get sent to the DMZ.
Setting up a DMZ is a two part affair.
Firstly, you need to pick an IP address to use, and tell it to the modem.
Then you need to configure your console to use the IP address you picked.
Picking an IP address is easy. Just pick 192.168.1.254.
Now, you need to tell that to your modem.
1. Go to the main Voyager admin page at http://192.168.1.1
2. Click on ADVANCED

3. Click on ADVANCED again to confirm

4. Click on VIRTUAL SERVER

5. Enter the username admin and password admin

6. Select FORWARD TO DMZ HOST
7. Type in the IP address 192.168.1.254 as shown.
8. Click APPLY

That's it!
If you like doing things by the book, you also need to reconfigure your DHCP pool to exclude the above address, otherwise it could theoretically get allocated to another PC (if you have over 200 computers!).
To do this, do the following (nb it really isn't necessary though, unless you are a stickler for detail.)
1. Click on the LOCAL NETWORK link.
2. Click on DHCP Server.
3. Change the IP address to read 192.168.1.253

4. Click Apply

Now, all traffic not destined to your computer will get sent to the above address.
This is actually a good trick to do even if you haven't got a Games Console. As anybody trying to hack will be sent on a wild goose chase.
Anyway, once you have configured the modem, you need to configure your games console to use a manual, or static IP address, and give it the address 192.168.1.254
