These terms are standard for CUSTOM ordered items, that is any item where you specify size or colour.
Our 7-day returns guarantee assures that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Please note this does NOT apply to custom orders, see additional terms below. We will not refund or replace any items that have been worn or damaged. Therefore please ensure that you do not wear perfume, deodorant or make-up, when trying on garments, as these may leave a mark/aroma resulting in them being ‘non-refundable’.
Returns are allowed on items that are in stock for immediate delivery excluding earrings and undergarments such as tights.
The garment must be in the same condition it was upon dispatch and in its original packaging with tags intact. [br]Please check all garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, and that any additional shipping charges, commission charges from your bank, or international customs charges, will not be refunded, and therefore will be deducted from your total refund.
