No PSTN dial-tone

I am using a Voyager 2500V on BT Total Broadband, but have connected VOIP to an own Asterisk server. Have a DECT phone connected to Phone1 port on Router and PSTN line runs off Microfilter into PhoneLine port of Voyager. I can make and receive VOIP calls via the Asterisk server, but I cannot make any PSTN calls using the PSTN prefix nor can I received any PSTN calls to the PSTN number of the broadband line. When I dial the PSTN prefix (I have set this to 9), there is a clicking noise at the router, but no dial tone on the phone, it just goes quite. When calling my PSTN land-line number, the caller hears a ringing tone, but my phone does not ring.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Have finally resolved the issue above. It turns out I did not use the phone cables which were originally supplied with the Voyager router. Now that I use these, everything works!
